Fitness Foods and Exercise

Time to figure out a plan for the cooler and colder times ahead when I can’t be outside, not only do I need to find ways to exercise my body to the point I am not bored but my mind as well. I have some things in mind but will be working on some journals for each thing so I can keep track of my progress.

I have been watching Dr. Oz lately and really like what he has to say about health issues and foods to eat. I have also recently been looking hard at the way I eat and what I am eating, I have to say it isn’t pretty! Hope to change some of those habits as well and hope to like what I see by the time my birthday rolls around next year!
